FEELING MISERABLE PLEASE HELP

i had my surgery May 21st...i feel depressed and hate it now. Miserable...weak...hungry...tired...heart palpitations...faint...dizzy...pain...i regret it so much and wish i could take it back! Any suggestions? Please

Your not alone and I'm glad you went to the ER ... I was depressed a few days after I got home... I was in so much pain and when I thought if the things I was going to miss and eating out with my family and bbq's it got worse...all socialism is surrounded by food...it does get better..it will take time and its ok to cry...also Celebrex helps with the pain...my dr ordered it and works...
