I just had my amazing pre-op nutrition and education class. One reccomendation the dietian made was a probiotic. Anyway I work at cvs and I saw that we will be carrying a powder probiotic. It is a CVS brand. You can mix it with your fluids or add it to food. It is $14. 99 and we often have buy one get one 50% off sales!

I was wondering if they had it in powder. I love taking a probiotic makes such a difference.

I am 3 months post op and I am having some dumping issues even though I am doing most things correctly. I just sent an email to my nutrionist and asked her about Probiotic's and she told me this would really help. She is sending me Zygest-Pro to take and I will see what this is going to cost me. If I can get a probiotic that is good and less cost that will be great. I will look for it at CVS. Thanks for the information.
