It depends, but I was Vitamin D deficient and I resolved it just taking a Calcium citrate tab twice a day. I think it was 500 mg.

My doctor has formulated his own brand of pills for gastric bypass patients per what my nutritionist told me today I'm 30 days post op and we are required to take at least 2k mg a day of calcium caltrate along with Iron and Multivitamins x2 a day , 80 g of Proteinex with a brand called New Life and Health that is exclusively sold at my doctors .I hope you get enough of what you need to avoid deficiencies.
