Post-op liquid diet

Any suggestions on liquid meals post op from our veterans??

I've attached copies of a couple recipes from my nut if anyone else is looking for ideas :)

(Also I just bought a ninja chopper/blender and it rocks!!!!)

HW 312, pre-op (lap-band) 294, pre-op (RNY) 255, surgery date 2/11/13, goal weight 154, current weight 241.6

    Your lucky my doctors and nutritionist won't let is have that yet. I can have cream of chicken and broth but has to be strained and must be Fat free CANNED VERSION
