worried about looking like a deflated elephant

I just started my journey (surgery was 11 days ago). I am so excited that I will be losing the weight and will be able to keep up with my daughters, feel better, and live longer. The vain inner me is freaking out though. I haven't been average sized since before highschool and I am not niave. I know that I am going to have extra skin. I knew going in to this that it would happen, but I'm really not looking forward to the saggy thighs and deflated breasts :-( How do people further out deal with it?
