Can surgical bubbles get caught?

I know they told me the gas gets caught up in the shoulders; I'm past that point. Then the gas was moving up and down the belly. That's going too. Now I'm feeling more 'tingling' in the belly - air bubbles. But my biggest complaint is in my left lower back. I was worried it was my kidney. I was wondering if the bubbles can get 'caught' back there as well? I was increased today from 60 - 80 ounces of liquids...b/c of my pains, etc.
