Hi I am new here. I had the gastric bypass August 29,2011. I lost 57 lbs I am beginning to get a little depress because I should have lost more.

      Welcome to the group. Don't feel depress remember we didn't gain weight over night so after surgery we won't lose it over night neither. I was 211 after 30 day diet went to 197 after surgery now 157

    I was 211 after 30 day diet went to 197 after surgery now 157 I'm almost 3months post up. I have a little over 30 pounds to my goal weight but my surgeon thinks I would get down to 140 which was well 135/140 was my weight before kids. I want to be 125 and I'm gonna make it.
