Hello fellow Texas Bandsters! I hope you are all well and making the best of this cold weather by staying inside and walking on the treadmill!
As some of you know, I was banded in November 2005 and to date have lost about 105 lbs. I will be having plastic surgery end of February but these are not the reasons for my post.
I was diagnosed with MS in October of last year. I am taking meds and doing fine right now. It seems to be a day to day thing. I am a member of the Nation MS Society and we are having a walk in Addison, Texas March 31st. I plan to be in this walk to help raise money for several MS program as well as research to help find a cure for MS.
I'm not sure this allowed on the board but since you guys have been my family, I want to include you. If you are interested in joining the walk or just supporting me and making a pledge, I will include my personal page for the walk. No pledge is too big or small.
Thanks for your support!
