Oh Yeah!

I just tried Oh Yeah! protein shake, the banana cream flavor. It is by far the BEST shake I have found. It has 32 grams of protein , 3 grams of sugar and 4 carbs per 14 oz bottle.

    the brand is Oh Yeah! I have seen it on some bariatric websites, I bought mine at HEB (grocery in TX).
