Low Carb Creamy Jello

Ingredients:

8 oz. pkg. cream cheese (softened)

16 oz. pkg. cottage cheese

8 oz. pkg. Cool Whip (original)

... .3 oz. packet sugar free Jello (any flavor)

1/4 C. water

Directions

Makes 8 servings

1. Heat Water in microwave and stir in Jello to dissolve.

2. Add cream cheese and cottage cheese to bowl of food processor or blender. Process until smooth. Add jello mixture and process till blended.

3. Scoop Jello mixture into a medium bowl, fold in cool whip.

4. Refrigerate until set.
