Does anyone have information on how much it will cost me after medicare pays there part. and they say first visit is $100.00 and co pay. I know my copay is $30.00 for specialist doctors and $15.00 for the reg. doctors, so how much will I need for the first appointment to see the Physic evaulation. Is there a copay for this, and do I see anyone else on this visit. I know they say it will take up to 4 hours of more. So any information will be so helpful.
