The blood type diet...

Hi, I was wondering if anyone knows what a type O should be eating, acording to the ( Eat right 4 your blood type diet)? This is for my daughter.

All i remember is that red meats were good and that wheat and dairy were bad for type Os.

If nyone has the book or a list I would really appreciate it. Thank you..:help: .Janie
