Argh!

I just called the insurance company and they said that they hadn't gotten any of my paperwork! This sucks! Everything goes smoothly until you get a deadline, and that is when everything starts to stall.

    They NEVER seem to get that paperwork the first time.

    Keep on them, and don't trust anybody else to do it for you. Follow up.

    It's frustrating as all heck - but very much worth having insurance pay for this expensive procedure.
