Dukan Diet?

Any one heard of this diet? Seams much like what we are all doing now. Except we count calories. Seems like it might be help in our maintenance part of this sleeve. ???'s

Yes. Made famous by Kate Middleton before the royal marriage....she and her Mom followed the diet for several months. It's basically the Atkins diet with more seafood.

Oh gawsh yes!! One of my many diets! I used it prior to my hubby comn from overseas in 2011, then12, nd once this yr and I lost about 30ish lbs but I'm here now, guess u know y :/ and u r correct in sayn its almost exactly what we do now (will be, not yet). Or at least the concept... It's protein filled, vegetables, fruit but u have to work ur way threw the phases b4 adding veggies nd fruits at first. Google it, they have the menus nd phases online. Ive done just the first part and lost 11 lbs n 5 days, but I get tired of just meat sometimes. I won't dog it out bc its worked wonders as I've needed it too, but, again, I'm here:/ gla:)
