Called Cigna today. Received my paperwork yesterday, now its in nurse review. She said she has 5 business days.. but at this point when did you call back? Should I try tomorrow or wait?

Be patient and wait for your response. I have Cigna as well and I work in the healthcare field with insurance. I work as the billing supervior for an infertility practice. Cigna was pretty good with the timing for my approval. Just prepare your mind for what's in store.

I'm almost a month out and it is an experience. You just have to have faith and it will work itself out. Don't stress because that can cause you to over-eat as well. Good luck and hang in there!
