Im hoping to hear of your experiences with Anthem BC/BS NH. I called the ins company and they said it was covered. Could it be that easy?

Now you need to ask them what their criteria are for eligibility!! Hope it goes well for you!

My mom has anthem out of KY... and I'm HOPING this holds true for her!

Before I started doing the research and gathering paperwork from WW, etc....I called the insurance company and they said YES it was covered. So I called again today, and they reassured me that it was covered as long as I go to a surgeon in NH. I live on the MA line and they said it would be denied if I went to MA. Im feeling much better now.

I live on the MA NH line and I have to have mine done in MA. When I was looking in NH the biggest center that I found that does them was in Portsmouth. That was like 35 minutes for me. They require you to attend one of their seminars and then they give you the information on what you need to submit it to your insurance.
