NON-protein powder shakes

I am not able to tolerate protein powder post-op (whey, soy, etc). I was lactose intolerant before surgery & that has not changed. Each am I blend 1/2 c unsweetened plain (or vanilla) almond milk with 1/2 c plain Kefir, lg TBSP Greek yogurt, 1/2 banana, & chocolate sugar-free Carnation instant breakfast. This is getting old. I added a spoon of peanut butter once but it was too rich for me. Any new smoothie suggestions that does not include protein powder? I am always trying to get as much protein in this smoothie as I can WITHOUT protein powder.

Have you tried the pb2 peanut butter powder? I haven't tried it yet but ordered it. Maybe you could do carnation and pb2 powder to make a choc PB cup flavor? Also carnation has vanilla, have you tried it with orange for a dream cikle taste? Or with berries? Maybe vanilla carnation, vanilla yogurt, almond milk, pumpkin purée and pumpkin pie spice blended with ice?

Vanilla with frozen mango and peach slices is one of my favorites.
