Help please i dont know what to do anymore. Does anyone else has this problem?

Before I did the gastric sleeve surgery. I was depressed and didn't do nothing all day long. Just eat and sleep. I have no job. Trouble finding one. However, I did the surgery January 18, 2013 . Well the dr said that I will feel different and be motivated once the pounds I lose. However, I'm 5 months since I did the surgery and I'm still the same way as before or even worse.i lost 50 pounds but I'm depressed and still eat a lot, junk food all day and lay all day. I have no motivation at all. Am I the only one here that has this problem? And I'm not losing weight because I eat alot and junk food all day. Uggg I give up. And I'm 26 year old female. I should live life. Not be home all day depressed.

My wife was diagnosed and suffered from depression for the first 15 years we have been together. She was the child of two abusive alcoholics' date=' who made a clear cut distinction between her and her younger sister. She went through various anti- depressives before the psychiatrist found the correct pill for her. She also went through many years of therapy and did gain a lot of weight but that came off after she found the right cocktail. She has now been off medicine and out of therapy for 12 years and is feeling great. Finding the right pill and therapist will help you greatly. You may need to deal with two different therapists, one for the depression and one for your food issues. I wish you the very best from as the husband who went through this with his wife.[/quote']
