Financing for TT (self-pay patients)?

I am a lil over 1 yr post sleeve. Im really interested in getting a tummy tuck and liposuction on flanks, hiprolls and upper back. I already went for a consultation and was excited. I just needed to apply for financing. So I applied with Care Credit but was only financed for half of what I need for my procedures. :( So I am just wondering how all of the self-pay ppl have managed to get any kind of plastics? My insurance didn't cover my sleeve so I'm positive they will not cover cosmetic surgery.
