Which protein powder did you get? I did the same thing last weekend. Also got a few Quest protein bars to try.

My Nut recommends powder/shakes that are at least 24g Protein and less than 10g Carbs. So I picked up a sample of their new GNC Protien Lean 24, and then some GNC Performance Pro. Both met those requirements and were actually less than 5g Carbs. They are 100% whey Protien, and there are lots of flavors...even unflavored.

I found that this route is a bit cheaper than anything else locally. Even Sam's was pretty high, and didn't have much of a selection. Our's is pretty little and no Cosco here. Gotta get ready for the pre-op diet that starts next week. EEK!
