Thank you!!! Seeing the numbers is pretty awesome!! Excited to see what month two has in store for me.

i am 5 weeks out and surgery weight was 229 now 212.. for 17 post op, 28 including preop.. am i doing something wrong.. ? what's your daily food diary look like?

We are the same starting weight I hope lose 27 lbs in my 1st month!! WOW way to rock that sleeve!

I don't think you are doing anything wrong. Everyone's body loses at its own time. But I'm just following my docs post op plan. I'm on my fitness pal under hthode if you want to see a daily diet for me. I find tracking food is really helpful for me while I'm learning new eating habits.

OMG!! I almost started crying just now.

1x shirts are getting pretty baggy and a lot of my XL shirts are fitting. Also went from 18/20 pants and now 15/16 are giving my soggy bottom. 13/14 are a little snug, but another two inches and they will fit!!!

So far I have lost 28" total. Over two feet!!!!!!

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!
