Power Plate??

Hi My name is Sonia and i am gadget junkie.

I LOVE the magazine Women's Health. I haven't had any time to read the issue I just bought but in quick flipping I saw an ad for the Power Plate.

I just loooked at the site quickly and closed it before I got sucked into anything else - but then I was curoius.

has anyone here heard of it?
