Pain

Morning all I have a question I've lost a hundred lbs so far. My skin isn't sagging or anything. But my ribs hurt like crazy and when I run I get a sharp pain under my pec, I can pin point the spot and it feels like I'm touching a nerve. I actually tried running, hurt to bad then tried elliptical with the same effect.

Has anyone else had any issues like this? I am just wondering!

Sounds like a stitch to me. (not the sewing kind ... :))

Here is an article. Just don't push yourself too hard and focus on your breathing.
