ok so i kinda got the runaround from my doctors office the past two months... and I have sent a complaint to the office manager- hopefully she can straighten things out

Anywhoo... i called my insurance BCBS TRS today and they said that i should have an answer by friday and to call back then.... ughghhhh its killing me!

Also I was wondering if having my pcp send a letter would help... she said she would and i called and left that message with my Lapband dr's office but i dont know if they ever contacted my pcp.

Should I call and ask my pcp to go ahead and send a letter of their approval of the procedure????
