March 4th is the date....Can't Wait!

I am really excited about my March 4th surgery date! My surgery is going to be done by Dr. Michael King at Baptist Memorial Hospital North in Oxford, MS. Even though i still have to come with up with close to $1200 before the surgery, I'm remaining positive. My insurance is Aetna 80/20.

Now I am a little nervous about starting my clear liquid diet on Monday the 18th. I've been reading so many posts about how people are having a hard time dealing with not being able to eat solid foods. I'm afraid I might cave in and eat some solid foods during my 14-days pre-op. But at the same time I don't want any complications on the operating table, like the doc going in my stomach and finding a McRib there. I will be on this forum quite a bit looking for encouragement and motivation. Just ready for the whole procedure to be over with so I can be recovering.
