What's changed?

Hello March 2012 Sleevers,

I have just been given my surgery date, March 4, 2013. I'm here looking for inspiration. I am so looking forward to meeting the newest version of myself in March 2014 .Are you pleased with whom you have become, Please share your hopes from a year ago, Have your goals changed? Which have been realized? And of course, I would love to see some before and after pictures.
