Ran across Berocca doing web searches for vitamins... Anyone familiar with this supplement??

I have never tried it but it has been around a long time overseas...I think it is slightly fizzy because it dissolves in water like alkazeltzer I had some South African friends that drank a B supplement they said was similar berocca.You May want to ask someone in the "Australian Sleevers Group" bc I know it has been on the market in Australia for a while as well as the UK.It is only new to us;)

I have Berocca every day as it covers all the B vitamins and C. It dissolves in Water but is not fizzy. The orange flavor is the best. I have it in the morning and take my other vitamins at the same time. It definitely helped me a lot with getting rid of that tired exhausted feeling. It has been available in Australia for quite some years and it's a great hangover cure also. If you have any other questions I would be happy to answer them.

It is very well known for a pep up after a heavy night out but it is not really a multi Vitamin. There is another version called supra din which is more of a Multivitamin but is not as comprehensive as the other tablet forms on the market
