Where and what proteine shakes are you using please?

Hi there! I'm from montreal, qc and had my sleeve done with Dr. Henri Atlas who uses a specific protein for pre-op diet that can only be purchased through him. Its called Optifast by Nestle Nutrition. I had found them online on Ebay but they were less expensive through my doctor. They were not covered by RAMQ. I was on four shakes a day for six weeks! However, my bf had a lapband done with Dr.Jete at Pierre Boucher and he had something called Medium which was covered. And now after my surgery, I started with beneprotein as recommended by my nutritionist but it tastes way too gross when i mix with food so I switched to a brand called SISU (whey protein) offered at the local natural food store.
