4 month check up!

I had my four month check up today. I'm down 56lbs. I have had a few stalls but over all its been slow and steady. I made it through the holidays with no gain. It's hard to remember when that happen last. I'm feel great, this is the best thing I have ever done for myself:)))

Your doing great. I was 4months on the 5th. I'm down 41lb since surgery and 54lb since pre op. I feel like I'm loosing so slow too but whatever it's going down not up.

I have had slow steady weight loss since my 4th month, about 18lbs in the last 2 months is all. I am almost 6 months out but I am down 80lbs in less than 6 months! I will take it even if it has slowed! Keep up the good work!!!

Great job on you're results thus far.

I am still waiting for my date but seeing and hearing from you all makes it harder to wait. So glad to hear you had a successful 4 month visit. 56 lbs in awesome. Way to go!
