Post-Op - Bluebell SF Popsicles are the best

It's been 2 days since surgery and the popsicles are really helping me get through this part. The combination of cold, sweet and the sense that I'm chewing is really helping. Still can't eat more than a couple of nibbles each time, but it is getting better.

Anyone else have a favorite post-op food that helped them the most?

I also loved the SF Blue Bell Popsicles right after surgery. They were a life saver

How many calories?

How many calories?

I cannot remember, but it was minimal. Plus each pop was like 3 oz of Fluid so it helped me stay hydrated. The OP might know calories, I'm 6 months post and haven't had any in about 5 months.

My hospital had bluebell sf Popsicles. And we have searched everywhere for them. But cannot find them in the louisville area :(
