vitamins

I'm a month post op and I am wondering which vitamins I should be taking daily...I currently take the calcium, biotin,thiamine, and B12. Is this enough??

as far as I know every doc is different. I have to be on an iron, vitamin D, a whole food in gummy or pill form to bridge the gap of fruit and veggies my doc has me on juice plus. love this stuff I hope I don't get in trouble telling you what I'm taking. just read up on it at www dot have you tried juice plus dot com all one word. your energy level will amaze you.

In addition, I also take a multivitamin. Merry Christmas!
