B12 Bcomplex Question

Is there a special Bcomplex made that has a large enough amount of B12 to cover both or is it best to just do them both? Thanks for the help.

B12 cannot be absorbed by your stomach as well anymore. It is one of the few vitamins that is absorbed in the stomach, as opposed to the gut. It is related to so much of the stomach being removed and the production of intrinsic factor produced in the stomach (intrinsic factor is necessary for B12 absorption). So B12 must be taken sublingually or by injection. So, to answer your question...separately
