Introduction

Hi Everyone!

I'm Cathryn. Some of you may know me from the Mindful Eating classes. My surgery is scheduled for Halloween day!!!! So incredibly excited and nervous. I will keep you all updated on my progress and any issues that may arise. Looking forward to all of your stories. Good luck! :D
