Hi everyone, i will be enrolled in nj bcbs epo plus program after 10-15 for $280 a month. 1) has anyone else used this insurance to cover vst? 2) did they approve? 3) where there any co payments?

So far when you call horizon the reps just ask that you meet the requirements. Ty
