Recipe Ideas For Young Children

OK Folks,

I'm trying to come up with a game plan for feeding my daughter while I'm on pre-op and post-op liquid to mush diet. Any ideas? School lunches during the week are easy. My daughter is a PBJ fan and also loves turkey sandwiches. Dinners are a bit trickier! It's hard enough cooking for the 2 of us, now I'll just be cooking for her - and she's 7!
