Sleeve

I am 6.1 and I had the lapband ,had alot if complications then finaly had a slippage but I lost 100 pounds I was wheying 415 now I whey 315 I am really considering to have my sleeve in mexico with Dr Almanza can anyone tell me if he is a good surgent for the sleeve?
