Viva

Is there anyone in Birmingham, Al with Viva health??? The only thing I was told is that I had to do 6 months of weighing in with my PCP, do a sleep study and have a psych eval. I was not told if I needed to lose a certain amount like the lap band. Is there any other things I need to be mindful/aware of???

Sometimes it's doctors, surgeons ,insurance or nut that have recommendations on how much weight they want u to lose it just depends .. But if u are doing the 6months weigh in I would take this time to change a few bad habits and woe on some new good habits that what I'm working on now I have three visits left
