08/09/2012 Surgery Date, Stall Already?!?!?!?

Hello fellow August sleevers... I hope everyone's journey is going well! Up until the last 4 days I was doing great, I've lost 25 lbs so far in my new way of living... but I appear to have stalled....already! I'm doing everything exactly by the book and even walking about an hour a night (about 5 days a week)... ugghhhhhhhhh

I know I need to just keep my chin up and it will get better soon...but I just needed a safe environment to gripe!
