Nausea With Opurity

I'm 3 days post op and I've tried the Opurity bariatric vitamins. My nutritionist told me to chew 4 a day. There is NO WAY. They make me so sick and they are so big, they are about the size of a meal I can have. Ugh! Does anyone have any suggestions?

I take flintstone chewables.

I've taken Flinstones as well. They were on our list of vitamin options but not the most recommended. One step above was Centrum Chewables. Flintstones taste better but I've had no issues with Centrum yet and the size is only slightly larger. Both are 2x a day. Honestly I'll probably end up going between the 2 for variety of taste.
