Post Op Back Pain

Is anyone else having back pain at like ...sorry.. The nipple line or bra line... After you swallow even liquids? Is this just me? Does this mean im having back up or something?

    My dietician sed something bout my stomach being full and it backs up into my esophagus but i dont know.. I think im gonna have a hard time transitioning to softs:( makes me sad.
