I Just Got My Surgery Date !

August 31st it is! I so excited and cant wait to start this journey! I start my three week diet tomorrow. Anybody have any advice?

    I am with you. I am August 13th and I start my pre- operative diet on Monday the 6th. I am nervous to have the band off and the sleeve done.
