HI there, I am trying to find a way to pay for my sleeve as my insurance will absolutely not cover any of it. Bariatric surgery is an exclusion on my plan. Do any of you know any details about using the "credit" companies? Such as Care Credit? How hard is it to get approved? Will they loan you enough for full cost of everything?

Any info on this kind of financing would be great!! Thanks so much!

I had Care Credit in the past for something else. My credit scores are all in the 700's. It was okay but it's through GE Money Bank and they don't have good reviews.

There's another that's affiliated with Chase but I don't anything about that. My doc has pamphlets about it in her office.

I have heard really mixed reviews on Care Credit. Maybe try Googling Care Credit reviews and read through some of them? I have heard that they have been turning down more people because of the economy, so they're more strict on credit scores.
