Tricare And Trying To Find A Mtf

I'm in Lawton, Oklahoma and would like to find a military facility that performs the sleeve. Has anyone in south Oklahoma or north Texas had it done that has Tricare?

Call the general surgery clinic at your local military hospital and speak with the head surgical nurse. If that is a dead end, try the nutritionist at the hospital.

Thanks hun. Ft. Sill doesn't cover it and no one has helped with finding someone that covers vsg. Only flooded me with info about the other two procedures.

Hi I'm at Ft Sill as well and I am so upset that they stopped doing the sleeve there, I also got all the info on the other 2 surgery optiones but it seems that no one knows or is willing to help me find a way to get the sleeve : ( ......I have never been more sure about wanting the sleeve than anything else.....( totally frustrated)

Darnall AMC at Fort Hood TX performs vsg. Good luck
