Health First Requierments

Has anyone gone through HealthFirst Insurance what do they require to approve the surgery can anyone give me some input.

    Yes I'm hoping, my insurance is BCBS but my friend also wants to get the surgery and he has healthfirst he has not gone to the surgeon yet and i was just wondering we want to do this together :)
