Im New! Please Help! Lol

Hello everyone, Im so excited to be a new sleever! I love my sleeve, it gives me the control that i need to not overeat. Im tryin to start up my ticker but I cant see how to do it!

    click on the one I have and then set it up...copy and past the code, and put it in your signature , which is under "my profile" or "my settings" <--not sure, it tells you which one is good for boards....and then hit save. :) if you need help message me.

    How can I upload a before photo and how can I change my weight details etc to kgs on my profile, and how can I put a "ticker" on there...
