Does anyone have Blue Cross Blue Shield out of Ca? If so, what were your requirements? Do you have to have a pcp? Also, how long did approval take?

    I do...they told me your BMI has to be 40 or over with 6 months classes....but....I'm finding it hard to believe it would be this easy! Hummmm....
