The first 3 days are not easy!!! Congrats on survived day 1 :) After day 3 your body will start adjusting to the diet. I remember it was really hard for me at first!! Congrats!!

Good job!! I know I will have a tough time so I have started 90 days out, replacing one meal with a protein shake...then as time goes on, I will add to that until I am at a full liquid stage by two weeks out. Sounds good, I'm hoping I can do it! Were rooting for you!

Thanks a lot of people have said after day 3 it is easier. How far are you on post-op.

Thank you! I'll let you know how it goes!! I'm hoping by doing this, I will not only prepare myself better, but to lose a few more pounds as well. I have like 130 to lose so I'd like to be rid if twenty before I go in for surgery, lowering my bmi, and improving my chances for a successful surgery! :) I started using the "my fitness pal" app on my phone, and it is wonderful for keeping me accountable for the calories ( carbs, fat etc) I eat, and had given me a goal of 1350 Cal daily. I highly recommend this to you all!
