Align (R) Probiotics.

Has anyone took a month regemin of Probiotics to get everything "going" again after a slow thick liquids/soup to mushie transition?

I was just thinking with the antibiotics I had just before the surgery, and the IV maybe I should help things along.

I will do research on it - I really try to do research on just about everything, but I am so busy with school and work right now! Grrrr.

Anyway, any info anyone can provide info on if they did this and any advice that was given at the time? Thank yo uin advance.

My dr recommends taking a probiotic one month post-op. My surgery isn't until March 23rd, though, so I haven't asked for recommendations yet.

I took them for the 1st month post-op too.

I am taking them because my GI told me to start,it helps with the gas and the constipation as well. Is great!
