Hi. I just rec'd eob form from insurance (who previously stated ALL testing was covered, including psych evals). They covered all BUT the "medical reporting of psych eval" (using CPT code 90889). Anyone know of another code they could use to get past insurance? I want to try this route before I dispute the non paid charge. If so, PLEASE let me know, $90 I don't have is riding on this! Thanks in advance!
