Anyone seeing Dr. Powell in Cardiff, CA?

Hi. I'm wondering if anyone is seeing Dr. Powell in Cardiff (San Diego County). He's the only CA doc on the fillcenterusa site and would be a much easier drive for me than Orange County or L.A. Thanks. Kelli
